3. try the link below its the one I use to Cuba and I've had some good deals from them. They are an Ontario based travel agency so they have to follow the TICO rules. Be warned though Cuban customs is very intimidating for the first timer also hang on to your bags and don't let someone help you to the bus to your resort they will want a tip usually about one dollar US they don't want loonies. Also you will need the departure fee last time is was $25 US per person. We enjoy going to Cuba its a nice country to visit and it is a reasonably safe place to visit.
